Acne Scars and Dark Spots

Lemon Essential Oils
Lemon is one of the simplest and safest bleaching agents you will find. It can work wonders for darkened skin spots. The ascorbic acid or vitamin C present in lime juice acts as an antioxidant and this action helps to lighten the color of the skin. All you need to do is squeeze the juice from half a lemon and apply this with a cotton ball onto the area where the skin has darkened. Or you could even directly rub a cut lemon over the affected area to allow the juice to stick to the skin.

Leave on for at least an hour and then wash with water. But make sure you avoid exposure to sunlight when you have applied the lemon juice onto your skin or your skin will only get darker than before.

Personally. I would apply Lemon essential oil at night then wear sunscreen in the morning. keep in mind the essential oil is very concentrated. One drop may be all you need for a full application.

How to make your own smudging or room spray

How to make your own smudging or room spray:
add 10-20 drops of essential oil to a 2 oz spray bottle. Fill spray bottle with distill water stopping one inch from brim. Shake gentle before each use. You may want to add the liquid of a vitamin E capsule as a natural preservative.

Frankincense & Myrrh Scared Smudge spray - Smudging Spray 4 oz.

Smudging sprays are a great way to clear energy and restore balance to a room or space.
Prefect for people with sensitivities to smoke, or areas where burning herbs would not be allowed.

Goddess Fortuna

At a Shamanic Priestess Circle I was asked to pick a Goddess.
The Card I picked was the Goddess Fortuna.

The Roman goddess Fortuna was the same as an earlier Italian goddess who presided over the earth's abundance and controlled the destiny of all human beings. Her name, derived from Vortumna, "she who turns the year about," came to symbolize the capriciousness of life and luck, the vagaries of fate as the wheel of life turns around. Her festival was celebrated in October.

Fortuna gives us a way to approach the ups and downs of life, a perspective that can offer us some equanimity as we proceed on our journey.
